Resolution No. PC-200040 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PGPA-01 and PRZ-02, the application of the City of <br />Pleasanton for a General Plan amendment to change the designation of a 13.5 acre <br />parcel (APN 941-1302-002-24) from Public and Institutional to Parks and <br />Recreation, and the rezoning of two parcels totaling 24.2 acres (APNs: 941-1302- <br />005-02 and 941-1302-002-24) from the Agricultural zoning district to the Public <br />and Institutional zoning district located at 6701 Payne Road. <br /> <br />Section 2.
