Resolution No. PC-2000-39 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Sectio~ 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case <br />PGPA-01/PDR-46/PRZ-02/PCUP-12, the application of the City of Pleasanton for a <br />General Plan amendment to change the designation of a 13.5 acre parcel (APN <br />941-1302-002-24) from Public and Institutional to Parks and Recreation; rezoning <br />of two parcels totaling 24.2 acres (APNs: 941-1302-005-02 and 941-1302-002- <br />24) from the Agricultural zoning district to the Public and Institutional zoning <br />district; issuance of a conditional use permit for a 24-acre park; and design review <br />of the proposed Val Vista Park expansion located at 6701 Payne Road. <br /> <br />Section 2.
