This change shall be shown on the building permit <br /> plan set submitted for review and approval before issuance ora building permit. <br /> <br />16. In order to reduce the development's total, annual trips by eleven percent (11%), <br /> the project developer shall implement the following trip reduction measures: <br /> <br /> a. Purchase for the building's tenants on a reimbursement basis, Business Club <br /> Passes from WHEELS. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />Have the building's tenants stagger work hours so that employees' <br />arrival/departure times are outside the a.m./p.m, peak commute hours. <br /> <br />Require building tenants to provide telecommuting opportunities for forty <br />(40) person days per month. <br /> <br />d. Participate in the Providian BART shuffle and any other future Center <br /> park/S~gnature Center Busmess Park shuffles. <br /> <br />Report annually to the City's Transportation Systems Management Program <br />Coordinator the implementation and trip reduction effectiveness of these <br />measures. The fa'st report shall be submitted by the building owner to the <br />Planning Director within six (6) months after full building occupancy, but <br />no later than one (1) year after issuance of an occupancy permit, for referral <br />to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Should the TSM measures fail to achieve an eleven percent (11%) reduction in <br />lrips, the Planning Director shall direct the building owner to limit the maximum <br />occupancy of the building to an aggregate fifty-five (55) employees. <br /> <br />The property owner or its successors in interest (owner) shall enter into an <br />agreement with the City of Pleasanton (City) to provide that: <br /> <br />In order to identify the trip reduction measures identified in Condition No. 16 to <br />future tenant(s) and/or owner(s), the project developer shall identify them in the <br />parcel's title via a deed restriction, recorded prior to occupancy of the subject <br />building. The wording of the deed restriction shall be provided to the City <br />Attorney for review prior to recordation <br /> <br />the owner shall either not protest the establishment of an assessment district, <br />or shall affirmatively vote for the creation of the district or other mechanism <br />to pay the construction costs for the 1-680/West Las Positas Boulevard <br />freeway in~rchange, or alternative traffic mitigation improvement(s) <br />selected by the City Council, depending on the manner of creation of the <br />funding mechanism; <br /> <br /> <br />
