Resolution No. PC-2000-29 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />One parking space shall be made continuously available to the occupant(s) of the <br />second unit for parking. <br /> <br />If the operation of the second unit results in conflicts pertaining to parking, traffic, <br />noise, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this use permit <br />may be submitted to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public <br />hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of approval <br />to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said use permit. <br /> <br />The resident owner shall install address signs that are clearly visible fxom the <br />street during both daytime and evening hours and which plainly indicate that two <br />separate units exist on the parcel, as required by the Fire Marshall. The resident <br />owner shall obtain the new street address for the second unit from the Planning <br />Department. <br /> <br />Additional conditions may be placed upon the resident owner of the second unit <br />as reasonably necessa~ to protect the public health, safety, or welfare, or to <br />prevent material injuries to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br /> <br />The applicant shall pay any outstanding Zone 7 and City connection fees and <br />water meter cost for any additional water meters. In addition, the applicant shall <br />pay any applicable Livermore sewer permit fees. <br /> <br />The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br />(Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code) <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />
