Resolution No. PC-2000-23 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />30. Fencing would be as follows: <br /> <br />31. <br /> <br />For Lots 7 through 10, solid fencing would be allowed on the rear property <br />line to the extent that solid fencing is allowed on the Preserve lots, and <br />interior property lines from the comer of the house to the rear property line. <br /> <br />For Lots 1 through 6, 11, and 12, all open fencing would be required. <br /> <br />The project developer shall submit with the tentative subdivision map application a <br />comprehensive fencing plan for the entire project site. The fencing plan shall <br />show the following: <br />a. The location and type of fencing separating Parcel "A", the future assisted senior <br /> care facility, from Parcel "B", the open space area. <br /> <br />b. The location and type of all new private property line fencing. <br /> <br />The location and type of all existing fencing proposed to remain or proposed to be <br />removed. <br /> <br />d. Design and construction details of all fencing. <br /> <br />All fencing shall be installed by the project developer before occupancy of the homes <br />covered by this approval. <br /> <br />Existiag Trees: <br /> <br />32. <br /> <br />The project developer shall comply with the recommendations of the tree report: <br />"Tree Preservation Report, Kolb ranch, Pleasanton, CA", prepared by HortScience, <br />dated February, 1999. No tree trimming or pruning other than that specified in the <br />tree report shall occur. The project developer shall arrange for the horticultural <br />consultant to conduct a field inspection prior to issuance of grading permits to <br />ensure that all recommendations have been properly implemented. The consultant <br />shall certify in writing that such recommendations have been followed. <br /> <br />33. <br /> <br />No trees shall be removed other than those specifically designated for removal on <br />the approved plans or tree report: Tree 110, a twenty-four inch (24") diameter <br />Coast Live Oak situated on Lot 4.
