Resolution No. PC-2000-22 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-99-03, <br />the application of Eugene C. and Carol Strom, William Kolb, and Donna Miller for <br />PUD pre-zoning and PUD development plan approval for a residential subdivision <br />consisting of 12 new single-family lots, two existing single-family homes, open <br />space, a public park, and public street and infrastructure improvements located on <br />approximately 55.4 acres, and desj~ating an approximately 5.22-acre area for a <br />future senior care facility at 11393 Dublin Canyon Road. <br /> <br />Sectiol~ 2.
