PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2000-22 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF EUGENE C. AND CAROL STROM, WILLIAM KOLB, <br />AND DONNA MILLER, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-99-03 <br /> <br />Eugene C. and Carol Strom, Wilham Kolb, and Donna Miller have apphed for PUD <br />pre-zoning and PUD development plan approval for a residential subdivision <br />consisting of 12 new single-family lots, two existing single-family homes, open <br />space, a public park, and public street and infrastructure improvements located on <br />approximately 55.4 acres, and designating an approximately 5.22-acre area for a <br />future senior care facility at 11393 Dublin Canyon Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Unincorporated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 12, 2000, the Planning Commission received a proposed <br /> negative declaration prepared for Case PUD-99-03; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of <br /> the proposal; and <br /> <br />the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not <br /> have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br /> <br />
