Treasurer <br /> The term "Treasurer" means the Treasurer of the City. <br /> S£CTTO~ 1.03. Equal Security. In consideration of the acceptance of the <br />Bonds by those who shall hold the same from time to time, this ReS°lu~ion shall be <br />deemed to be and shall constitute a contract between the City and the holders from <br />time to time of the Bonds and interest coupons appertaining thereto; and the <br />covenants and agreements herein set forth to be pcdormed on behalf of the City <br />shall be for the equal and proportitonate benefit, security and protection of all <br />holders of the Bonds and interest coupons without preference, priority or distinc- <br />tion as to security or otherwise of any of thc Bonds or interest coupons over any of <br />the others by reason of thc series, number or date thereof or the time of sale, <br />execution or delivery thereof, or otherwise for any cause whatsoever, except as <br />expressly provided therein or herein. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE II <br /> <br /> THE BO~OS <br /> SECTION 2.01. Authorization. Bonds in the aggregate principal amount of <br /> seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) are hereby authorized to be issued <br /> by the City under and subiect to the terms of this Resolution. The Bonds are desig- <br /> hated generally as the "City of Pleasanton 1967 Water Revenue Bonds." The Bonds <br /> may be issued in such series as from time to time shall be established and authOr- <br /> ized by the Council, subject to the covenants, provisions and conditions herein <br /> contained. ~ <br /> SE¢?Iot4 2.02. Terms of Series A Bonds. An initial series of Bonds, in the <br /> aggregate principal amount of four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) at any <br /> one time outstanding, is hereby created, to be known as the "City of pleasanton <br /> 1967 Water Revenue Bonds, Series A."
