(2) Bonds for the payment or redemption of which funds in the neces- sary amount shall have theretofore been deposited with the Fiscal Agent (whether upon or prior to the maturity or redemption date of such Bonds), provided that, if such Bonds are to be redeemed prior to the maturity therbof, notice of such redemption shall have been given as in Section 2.03(c) pro- vi&d; and (3) Bonds in lieu of or in substitution for which other Bonds shall have been executed, issued and delivered by the City pursuant to Section 2.09. Paying Agents The term "Paying Agents" means the principal office of First National City Bank in New York, New York, and the principal office of The First National Bank of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois, appointed by the City in Section 6.02, the succes- sors and assigns of each of them, and any other corporations or associations which may at any time be substituted in the place of any of them, as provided in Section 6.02. Resolution The term "Resolution" means this Resolution, adopted March 27, 1967, by the Council under the Law. Revenues The term "Revenues" means the sums required by Sections 3.02 and 4.04 to be deposited in the Interest Account and Reserve _Account established pursuant to Section 4.03 and in the Revenue Fund established pursuant to Sectign 4.01, all sums (ff any) in any fund securing the Bonds referreffto in Section ~.02(c), and all gross revenues of the Enterprise received on or after May 1, 1967, including all charges received for and all other income and receipts derived by the City from the operation of the Enterprise or arising from' the Enterprise, excepting refundable deposits made to establish credit, connection and installation charges and advances and contributions in aid of construction. '~ Supplemental Resolution The term "Supplemental Resolution" means any resolution then in full force and effect which has been duly adopted by the Council under the Law, or any act supplementary thereto or amendatory thereof, at a meeting of the Council duly convened and held, at which a quorum was present and acted thereon, amandatory of or supplemental to this Resolution; but only if and to the extent that such Supplemental Resolution is specifically authorized hereunder.
