OFFICIAL NOTICE OF SALE <br /> <br />$400,000 CITY OF PLEASANTON 1967 <br />WATER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES A <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY 0IVEN that sealed proposals will <br /> be received bY the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br /> at the City Council Chambers, Pleasanton Women's Club, <br /> Vineyard and Regalia Avenues, Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br /> California 94566, on <br /> <br /> MONDAY, APRIL 17, 1967 <br />at 8:00 P.M. (P.S.T.) for the purchase of $~00,000 princi- <br />pal amount of City of Pleasanton 1967 Water Revenue Bonds, <br />Series A, authorized to be issued under the provisions of <br />a resolution of the City Council adopted March 27, 1967, <br />and pursuant to the Revenue Bond Law of 1921 of the State <br />of California. The bonds are part of an issue of $750,000 <br />aggregate principal amount authorized at an election held <br />in the City on October 5, 1965. None of the remaining <br />$350,000 principal amount of said authorized issue will <br />be offered for sale before April 1, 1968. The bonds are <br />more particularly described in the resolution (which is <br />incorporated herein by reference) and a copy thereof will <br /> <br />be furnished to any interested bidder upon request. <br />bonds are generally described below. <br /> <br />ISSUE AND <br />DENOMINATION: <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />$~00,000, consisting of 80 bonds of <br /> <br />the denomination of $5,000, numbered <br />A1 to AS0, both inclusive, all dated <br /> <br />May 1, 1967. <br /> <br /> <br />
