ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ~ <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SALE OF $400,000 <br />PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />1967 WATER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES A <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, by Resolution No. 67-55, adopted March 27, 1967, <br />duly provided for the issuance of $750,000 principal amount <br />of City of Pleasanton 1967 Water Revenue Bonds, and desig- <br />nated $400,000 principal amount of said bonds "Series A," <br />and it is desirable that the Series A bonds be offered <br />for public sale at this time; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City <br />Council of the City of Pleasanton, as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Monday, April 17, 1967, aC the hour <br />of 8:00 P.M. (P.S.T.), is hereby fixed as the time, and <br />the Chambers of the City Council, Pleasanton Women's Club, <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, is hereby fixed <br />as the place, at which bids will be received for the pur- <br />chase of the Series A bonds, as described in, and subject <br />to the terms and conditions of, the notice of sale herein- <br />after set forth. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized <br />and directed to cause the NoClce of Sale of the Series A <br />bonds to be published once in the PLEASANTON TIMES~, a news- <br />paper published and circulated in the City, and such notice <br />shall be in substantially the following form: <br /> <br /> <br />
