The approved buildin$ colors and materials for the building shall be indicated on the build~g permit plan set. Colors and materials shall be consistent with approved colors. 27. The project developer shall submit a waste management plan to the Building Depa~huent prior to issuance of building or demolition permits. The plan shall include the estimated composition and quantifies of waste to be generated and how the project developer shall recycle at least fifty percent (50%) of the job site construction and demolition waste. Proof of compliance shall be provided to the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of a fins! building permit. During demolition and construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins 'trash materials only' and all recycling bins "recycling materials only". The project developer shall contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for all waste disposal. Only that portion of trash and recycling waste refused by Pleasanton Garbage Service shall be disposed of or diverted by another trash/recycling company. 28.' The project developer shall effectively screen from view all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the main structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. 29. The top-most elevation of all roof-mounted mechanical equipment shall be at or below the elevation of the roof-mounted screen wall unless a line-of-site analysis is provided which shows that all portions of said equipment will not be seen from the opposite side of Hopyard Road and Gibraltar Drive. 30. The project developer shall submit a final lighting plan for the building and the site fo( the review and approval of' the Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. All lighting shall be consistent with the requirements of the Hacienda Design Guidelines. 31. All mechanical equipment shall be constructed in such a manner that noise emanating from it will not be perceptible beyond the property plane of the subject property in a normal environment for that zoning district. 32. PUDD 81-30-84D All trash and refuse shall be contained completely within enclosures architecturally 'compatible with the main structure. The materials and color of the enclosure walls shall match the building walls and the gates shall be corrugated metal or solid wood.
