tbe specific details for each sign (L~. ¢olorsl materials, illumination, location, sign, text, <br />etc.) and shall comply with the Hacienda Park Design Guidelines. <br /> <br />26. The approved buildin$ colors and materials for the building shall be indicated on the <br /> build~g permit plan set. Colors and materials shall be consistent with approved colors. <br /> <br />27. <br /> <br />The project developer shall submit a waste management plan to the Building Depa~huent <br />prior to issuance of building or demolition permits. The plan shall include the estimated <br />composition and quantifies of waste to be generated and how the project developer shall <br />recycle at least fifty percent (50%) of the job site construction and demolition waste. <br />Proof of compliance shall be provided to the Director of Building Inspection prior to the <br />issuance of a fins! building permit. During demolition and construction, the project <br />developer shall mark all trash disposal bins 'trash materials only' and all recycling bins <br />"recycling materials only". The project developer shall contact Pleasanton Garbage <br />Service for all waste disposal. Only that portion of trash and recycling waste refused by <br />Pleasanton Garbage Service shall be disposed of or diverted by another trash/recycling <br />company. <br /> <br />28.' <br /> <br />The project developer shall effectively screen from view all ducts, meters, air <br />conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the main <br />structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. <br />All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />29. <br /> <br />The top-most elevation of all roof-mounted mechanical equipment shall be at or below <br />the elevation of the roof-mounted screen wall unless a line-of-site analysis is provided <br />which shows that all portions of said equipment will not be seen from the opposite side <br />of Hopyard Road and Gibraltar Drive. <br /> <br />30. <br /> <br />The project developer shall submit a final lighting plan for the building and the site fo( <br />the review and approval of' the Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. <br />All lighting shall be consistent with the requirements of the Hacienda Design Guidelines. <br /> <br />31. <br /> <br />All mechanical equipment shall be constructed in such a manner that noise emanating <br />from it will not be perceptible beyond the property plane of the subject property in a <br />normal environment for that zoning district. <br /> <br />32. <br /> <br />PUDD 81-30-84D <br /> <br />All trash and refuse shall be contained completely within enclosures architecturally <br />'compatible with the main structure. The materials and color of the enclosure walls shall <br />match the building walls and the gates shall be corrugated metal or solid wood. The <br />location and design of the enclosures shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance <br /> Conditions of Approval Page 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
