19. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />All parlrin_, spaces shall be striped. Wheel stops shall be provided unless the 'spaces are <br />fronted by concrete curbs, in which ca,se sufficient areas shall be provided beyond the <br />ends of all parking spaces to accommodate the overhang of automobiles. <br /> <br />All full-sized parldng spaces shrill be a minimum of 19' x 9' in size and compact parking <br />spaces ~hn]l be a minimum of 8'x 16' in size. Reductions in parking space length up'to <br />a maximum oft shnll be allowed so long as adequate vehicle overhang is provided in <br />front of each reduced-size parking space, as determined by the Zoning Administrator. <br />Each compact car space shall be marked clearly with bold lettering no less than 8" in <br />height 'Compact Car Only'. The dimensions of the parking stalls shall be clearly <br />shown on the plans submitted for Building Depashiient plan check. <br /> <br />21. Six-inch vertical concrete curbs shall be installed between all paved and landscaped <br /> <br />General Planning Conditions <br /> <br />22. The developer shall provide a public art piece on this project site. The art piece shall be · subject to review and approval by the City's Civic Arts Commission. <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />The project developer shall use their best efforts to implement the measures identified in <br />the U. S. Green Building Council's (GBC), 'Leadership in Energy and Environmental <br />Design (LEED)" 2.0 rating system in the design, construction, and operation of the <br />proposed building, including all future tenant improvements. Before issuance of a <br />building permit, the LEED measures detailed in Exhibit ``A" dated February 1, 2001 <br />and approved by the Planning Commission shall be shown on the building permit plan <br />set. <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />The project developer shall extend electrical service to the parking spaces designated on <br />Exhibit "A" for electrically powered commute vehicles. Upon demand by the Planning <br />Director, the project developer shall have thirty (30) days to install the actual charging <br />equipment for some or all Of the spaces, and shall pwvide evidence to the Planning <br />Director that the installation is complete. The project developer shall install with the <br />office building expansion signs designating the subject parking spaces which shall state <br />"Electrical Vehicle Chargers Shall Be Provided Upon Request." When charging <br />facilities are installed, the signage shall be changed to state, ``Parking for Electrical <br />Vehicles Only, Contact Building Owner for More Information". These changes shall be <br />shown on the building permit set submitted for review and approval by the Planning <br />Director before issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />25. Prior to installation of any signs, a comprehensive sign program shall be submitted to <br /> the plnnnir~g Director for design review and approval. Said sign program shall include <br />PUDD 81-$0-84D Condition~ of Approval Page $ <br /> <br /> <br />
