CONCLUstoN <br /> <br />This, proj~r"t me~s or exceeds all applicable requirements of the design guidelines established <br />for llacieada Park. Staff believes that .~ae proposed office building is well designed, <br />suffi~ientl~ atticlllat~, and presents a high quality corporate image that will be compatible with <br />adjacent u~s and an asset to the business park, The proposed building and site design meet the <br />LEED stalldards for a "Certified" building. Showers, covered bike racks, and electric vehicle <br />hookups are proposed to encourage emPloyee use of alternative commute modes. Staff notes <br />that the proposed office use reduces total traffic at the site during the PM peak. Overall, staff <br />feels that ~ project would be an attractive addition to the Hacienda Park that merits approval <br />by the Plaaning Commission. <br /> <br />VI. ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />An ~nviroamental Impact Report was prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the <br />entir~ Haglemla Park.
