CONCLUstoN This, proj~r"t me~s or exceeds all applicable requirements of the design guidelines established for llacieada Park. Staff believes that .~ae proposed office building is well designed, suffi~ientl~ atticlllat~, and presents a high quality corporate image that will be compatible with adjacent u~s and an asset to the business park, The proposed building and site design meet the LEED stalldards for a "Certified" building. Showers, covered bike racks, and electric vehicle hookups are proposed to encourage emPloyee use of alternative commute modes. Staff notes that the proposed office use reduces total traffic at the site during the PM peak. Overall, staff feels that ~ project would be an attractive addition to the Hacienda Park that merits approval by the Plaaning Commission. VI. ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT An ~nviroamental Impact Report was prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the entir~ Haglemla Park. The pr~. project is within the scope of the EtR; therefore, no envisonmsnts~ d~c~nen~ accompanies this report.
