LARGE ACCt~LATION: <br /> <br /> $10.00 per hour for two (2) men and one (1) truck, <br /> plus $1.00 per cubic yard of refuse. $2.50 minimum <br /> call-out charge, plus $1.00 per cubic yard of refuse. <br /> <br /> e. SMALL ACCUMULATIONS: <br /> <br /> In addition to quantities and services provided above, <br />Collector shall pick up small accumulations of refuse, without <br />charge, one or two times per month, where said small accumulation <br />of refuse is well contained in an additional bag or box, and placed <br />on top of the full container at the collection site. <br /> <br /> f. SPRING CLEAN-UP. Collector shall provide for all prop- <br />erty within the City, free-of-charge collection service once per <br />year, in the Spring, for the purpose of collecting garden refuse <br />at the curb for disposal in the public dump. The dates for said <br />collections shall be agreed upon in advance each year by the City <br />and Collector. <br /> 3.
