The City offices are hereby authorized to execute, in . behalf of the City of Pleasanton, agreement described as follows. Refuse Collection Contract between CITY OF PLEASANTON and JOHN PIETRONAVE, f~ collection of refuse pursuant to Ordinance No. 500, subject to terms and conditions set forth below. 2. Pursuant to Section 9.00 of Ordinance No. 500 (Refuse ~ollection),Refuse Collector shall charge rates as follows: For the collection, removal and disposal of all refuse, there shall be a flat monthly charge based on thirty d0) gallons refuse in one container as follows: a. RESIDENTIAL UNITS, ONE COLLECTION PER WEEK: One (1) container per week $1.50 per month Two (2) containers per week $2.50 per month Three (3) containers per week $3.00 per month One (1) container in addition to the container(s) collected as a part of regular, subscribed service, collected only on days of regular collection $.25 per container A surcharge shall be added to the above rates for collection on any part of the property where Collectors must enter gates or fences, or pick up from a location more than ten (10) feet to the rear of the front of the house or garage: $.50 per can per month b. COMMERCIAL ORINDUSTRIAL UNITS: One (1) can, two (2) collections per week $2.70/month One (1) can, three (3) collections per week $3.05/month One (1) can, Six (6) collections per week $8.10/month c. HOUSING AUTHORITY PROJECTS: Two (2) collections per week $2.15 per month per occupied unit
