VOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the appeal of D. and V. Builders from the shake roof <br /> <br /> requirement imposed upon them by the Planning Commission <br /> as a condition of grating zoning permit be granted. <br /> <br /> 2. That the effect of granting said appeal be to allow D. <br /> and V. Builders to afford to home buyers in its develop- <br /> ment herein the option of using either shake roofs or <br /> asphalt shingles of a color consistent with the represent <br /> tions made by D. and V. Builders at the Public Hearing <br /> and acceptable as construed by the Director of Planning <br /> of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 3.
