(c) That the development plan of Willow West Properties as <br /> submitted to and approved by the City of Pleasanton, and <br /> as heretofore described in Pleasanton Ordinance No. 530, <br /> be incorporated in the General Plan, and that the balance <br /> of that immediate area generally located south of the <br /> Willow West Property and abutting the Arroyo Mocho Canal, <br /> and encompassing a part of the property of Volk McLain, <br /> the U. S. Government, the Southern Pacific Railroad Com- <br /> pany, and other smaller parcels, be defined on tke General <br /> Plan as either I-G (Gene~&l Industrial) district, or I-P <br /> (Planned Industrial) district, reserving, however, the I-P <br /> (Planned Industrial) designation to that area which is now <br /> located between the Mocho Canal and the Willow West Proper <br /> ties and which extends easterly to the property line of <br /> Willow Weat Property. <br /> <br />(d) That with respect to the Pleasanton Valley Development, <br /> described in Assessor's Map Book %946, Block 3323, Parcel <br /> 2, the commercial zoning previously defined at Hopyard <br /> Road and Black Avenue be moved to Hopyard Road and Valley <br /> Avenue. <br /> <br />(e) That the multiple zoning as previously defined north on <br /> Valley Avenue from the intersection of Black Avenue and <br /> Hopyard Road, and described in Assessor's Map Book 946, as <br /> Block 3376, Parcel 1-1, shall be defined in accordance <br /> with the Plan submitted by D. and V. Builders as it may be <br /> approved by the City of ~leasanton. <br /> <br />(f) That the General Plan be amended in whatever way neces- <br /> sary to reflect and recognize the Amador Shopping Center <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
