IFORHIA <br /> <br />REgOLUYION NO. 68-15p <br /> <br />AMENDING PLEASANTON GENERAL PLAN PER PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 794 <br /> <br />fllt~.,~: The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton initi- <br /> ated an amendment to the General Plan for the City of <br /> Pleasanton which included land use studies, circulation <br /> studies, and consideration of the Willow West Development <br /> the extension of Foxpoint Road, and Oertain land use <br /> modifications on Santa Rita Road~ and <br />WHEREAS: The Planning Commission did consider the proposed amend- <br /> <br /> ment to the General Plan at its meeting of August 26, <br /> 1968; and <br /> <br />~HEREAS: The proposed amendments have been considere~ by the <br /> General Plan Review Committee~ and <br /> <br />WH~P~AS: Evidence both oral and documentary was offered and con- <br /> sidered at said meetings~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE FOLLOWING developments, <br />road extensions, and land use modifications as reco~en~d by the <br />Planning Commission are, to the extent that they are implemented <br />by Amending the General Plan for the City of Pleasanton, as follows <br /> <br /> (a) Val Vista Development- Ail that property contained in <br /> on <br /> Tracts %2950, %2951, %2952 and %2953, be designated <br /> the <br /> <br /> 0q~neral Plan as Residential except for that area at the <br /> intersection of Hopyard Road and West Los Positas Road, <br /> which shall be designated as commercial. <br /> <br /> (b) That the Regional ShopDing Center site Dreviously defined <br /> in the General Plan at the intersection of Hopyard Road <br /> and Highway %50, known as Tract %2896, be deleted from the <br /> General Plan, but that the Commercial Freeway Zoning for <br /> said intersection be retained. <br /> <br /> <br />
