(3 <br /> <br />The application for co-sponsored status <br />and any financial subsidy requests are to <br />be reviewed each year by the Recreation and <br />Park Commission and the City Council when <br />the fiscal budget is being ~prepared and <br />-reviewed. ~,~ <br /> <br />(4) Financial assistance to co-sponsored groups. <br /> All co-sponsored groups shall be classified <br /> by category; i.e. Category I - Youth Sports - <br /> Boys; Category II - Youth Sports - Girls; <br /> Category III - CultUral Arts - Youth; Category <br /> IV - Cultural Arts - Adults; etc. as new -~ <br /> categories are established. <br /> <br />Whatever funding is provided these categories <br />by the CityaCohnd~ttin the annual budget, shall <br />be divided by the programs within the categories <br />on a per-capita basis.
