RESOLUTION NO. 70-160 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AND ORDER APPROVING AMENDED ENGINEER'S <br />REPORT, ORDERING TtIE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS <br />AND CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />1970-1, LONGVIEW, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA <br /> COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, on the 8th day of June, 1970, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, adopted <br />its Resolution of Intention in Assessment District 1970-1, <br />Longview, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, for the <br />construction of improvements in said assessment district and refer- <br />red said proposed improvements to MAC KAY ~ SOMPS, Engineer of Work <br />for said assessment district; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on the 8th day of June, 1970, the said MAC KAY ~ <br />SOMPS, Engineer of Work, filed an Engineer's Report, Assessment <br />and Assessment Diagram in accordance with said Resolution, and <br />said Engineer's Report was presented to the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton for consideration; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on the 8th day of June, 1970, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Pleasanton preliminarily adopted said Engineer's <br />Report and fixed Monday, the 13th day of July, 1970, at the hour <br />of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the meeting place of the City <br />Council of the City of Pleasanton located in the Justice Court Chambers, <br />30 West Angela Street, Pleasanton, California, as the time and <br />place for hearing protests with relation to said proposed construction <br />o£ improvements; and <br /> <br /> 'WttEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution hereinabove men- <br /> <br /> ti'oned a Notice o£ Improvement was duly published, posted and mailed, <br /> giving notice of the time and place of hearing on said Report; <br /> and <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
