GM 450754 Rev. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, OPERATION <br />AND CONYEYANCE O~ ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION AND STREET <br /> LIGHTING ~ACILIT~ES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made this ~'~.~ day of,=~U~ , 1970 by CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a California municipal corporation hereinafter called City, HOWARD ~. <br />LONG hereinafter called Owner, and PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California <br /> <br />corporation, hereinafter called PGandEo <br /> RECITALS: <br /> lo Owner is the owner of a tract of land, which has been subdivided <br /> for purposes of sale, known as Tract 2892 situated in the City of Pleasanton, <br /> Alameda County, California, as shown on a map filed with the City Clerk of the <br /> City of Pleasanton designated "Proposed Boundaries of Assessment District 1970-I, <br /> Longview, City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, California°" <br /> <br /> 2° City, pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, on June 8, <br />1970 adopted Resolution of Intention Number 70-130 providing for the formation <br />of a special assessment district to construct improvements within the boundaries <br />of the tract owned by Owner, including, among other things, the installation of <br />underground electric and street lighting facilities° <br /> <br /> 3o The 'facilities specifically contemplated for construction within <br />the District include underground electric distribution facilities, hereinafter <br />called "Distribution System", and an electric street lighting system hereinafter <br />called "Street Lighting Facilities", and are shown on the attached sketch marked <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof° <br /> <br />l: <br /> <br /> <br />
