Resolution No. 01039 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Clay and Schelly Frades <br />for Planned Unit Development plan approval to subdivide an existing 77.5 acre <br />parcel into three parcels, one being approximately 61.16 acres, another being 11.22 <br />acres, and the third being 5.09 acres; the 61.16 acre parcel would house an existing <br />single-family dwelling with a detached garage, two existing secondary units, and <br />two existing storage barns, the 11.22 acre parcel would be developed for a <br />single-family residence not to exceed 6,500 square feet, and the 5.09 acre parcel <br />would be developed with a two-stow, single-family residence not to exceed 4,680 <br />square feet. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 8, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, and Dennis <br /> <br />Mayor Pico <br />Councilmember Michelotti <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />Peg~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
