CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-039 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF CLAY AND SCHELLY <br />FRADES, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-03 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 8, 2001, the City Council received a proposed negative <br />declaration for the application of Clay and Schelly Frades for Planned Unit <br />Development plan approval to subdivide an existing 77.5 acre parcel into three <br />parcels, one being approximately 61.16 acres, another being 11.22 acres, and the <br />third being 5.09 acres; the 61.16 acre parcel would house an existing single-family <br />dwelling with a detached garage, two existing secondary units, and two existing <br />storage barns, the 11.22 acre parcel would be developed for a single-family <br />residence not to exceed 6,500 square feet, and the 5.09 acre parcel would be <br />developed with a two-story, single-family residence not to exceed 4,680 square <br />feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 5, 2000, <br /> and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed publi~ hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
