That the public interest and convenience will be served by the taking of special assessment proceedings for the improvements set forth in said petition. The cost and expenses thereof should be borne by a district benefited by said improvements. Said district shall be known and designated as Assessment District 1970-1, Longview, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. 6. The district which shall bear the cost and expenses of said improvements, including all incidental expenses, and which is to be assessed to pay for the cost of said improvements is that district shown on a map which is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, which is designated, "Proposed Boundaries of Assess- ment District 1970-1, Longview, City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California." 7. Said special assessment proceedings are to be taken under the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, with bonds to be issued under the provisions of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915. 8. The determination to proceed herein is made upon the ex- press condition that petitioner herein shall dedicate to City with his final subdivision map herein the hiking and riding trail extending over all of his 78 acres as shown on Sheet 4 of the subdivision map for Tract 2892, dated October 20, 1969, which had been submitted in connection with the previous application herein.
