<br />RESOLUTION ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS FOR THE FORMATION OF ^S-
<br />SESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1969-1, LONGVIEW, CITY OF PLEASAN-
<br />TON ~ AI_.AMEDA COUNTY, ~'~ FORNIA
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, on May 12, 1969, the~City Council of the City
<br />of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, adopted certain resolu-
<br />tions, including a Resolution Approving Boundary Map and a Resolu-
<br />tion of Intention and the Engineer of Work filed certain documents.
<br />with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton in connection with
<br />Assessment District No. 1~6~-[, Longview, City of Pleasanton, Ala-
<br />meda County, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, it has since been determined that because of the
<br />estimated cost of the improvements and other related problems, the
<br />owners of property within the district do not wish to go a~ead with
<br />the formation of the said district;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
<br /> City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that the proceedings
<br /> for the formation of Asses£ment District No. 1969-1, Longview, City
<br /> of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, be, and they are hereby,
<br /> abandoned at this time.

<br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly an~
<br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Ala
<br />meda County, California, at ~ regular meeting thereof, held on the
<br /> 9thday of February, 1970~ ~7 the following vote, to wit:

<br />that the boundary map for said assessment district was filed in the
<br />office of the County Recorder of the County of Alameda on May 29, 1969,
<br />in Book 1 of maps of Asa~ssment Districts at Page 123
<br />
