RESOLUTION NO. ?0-26-^ RESOLUTION ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS FOR THE FORMATION OF AS- SESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1969-1, LONGVIEW, CITY OF PLEASAN- TON ~ ALAMEDA COUNTY a CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, on May 12, 1969, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, adopted certain resolu- tions, including a Resolution Approving Boundary Map and a Resolu- tion of Intention and the Engineer of Work filed certain documents with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton in connection with Assessment District No. 1969-1, Longview, City of Pleasanton, Ala- meda County, California; and WHEREAS, it has since been determined that because of the estimated cost of the improvements and other related problems, the owners of property within the district do not wish to go ahead with the formation of the said district; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that the proceedings for the formation of Assessment District No. 1969-1, Longview, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, be, and they are hereby, abandoned at this time. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Ala- meda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 9th day of February, 1970, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: NOES: Councilmen ABSENT: Councilmen .Mene I FURTHER CERTIFY that the original Resolution of Intention for Assessment District No. 1969-1 was adopted on May 12, 1969, and that the boundary map for said assessment district was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Alameda on May 29, 1969, in Book 1 of maps of Assessment Districts at Pag~ 123 HELEN C.
