That the City Staff be authorized to proceed to acquire <br /> the use of some 50 acres of land adjacent the City's <br /> Sewage Treatment Plant and to expend up to $25,000.00 <br /> for the acquisition of pump facilities, sprinklers <br /> and pipes in order to implement expansion of the <br /> irrigation system in connection with the City's Sewage <br /> Treatment Plant. <br /> <br /> 3.
