The Pleasanton Planning Commission and the Industrial
Committee of the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce revie~
and advise on the matter of whether this proposal is
consistent with the spirit and intent of the
Pleasanton General Plan.

A technical report coupled with an environmental
impact statement is provided in order to afford
sufficient assurance that this proposal will not
create an environmental nuisance for the residents
of the City of Pleasanton.

Assurance is given to the City of Pleasanton that

if it is determined that the use of the so-called

Camp Parks ponds is feasible and desirable, the
ponds will only be used to accommodate the current
and critical excess flow~ and they will not be
used to accommodate new development over and
above currently outstanding building permits.

The Valley Coimmunity Services District agrees to
provide the City with a guaranteed capacity in
both the current and future expansions of the Plant,
the specific amount of which to be spelled out
in a renegotiated agreement between the City and
the District.

DATED: November 8, 1971

V.C.S.D. agreesnot to J A/ A J lexpa~ servic~a
without the consent of~

ROB~RT I.
