~DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Alameda of emergency ambulance service within <br /> <br />the Livermore Amador Valley is hereby approved. <br /> <br />That the agreement between the County of Alameda <br /> <br />as administering agency for the Cities of <br /> <br />Livermore and Pleasanton and the County of Alameda <br />and Allen's Ambulance Service pursuant to which <br />the latter will supply on stated terms and conditions <br />and for a stated consideration emergency ambulance <br />service within the Livermore Amador Valley is approved. <br />That the agreement between the County of Alameda and <br />the Valley Memorial Hospital whereby the latter is <br />to provide on advisory basis technical advise to <br />the County of Alameda regarding the quality of <br />service rendered by Allen's Ambulance Service <br />is approved. <br /> <br />That the appropriate City Officers be instructed <br /> <br />to take whatever action necessary to implement <br /> <br />said agreements. <br /> <br />That Section 6 of Exhibit B attached to the County <br /> <br />of Alameda - Allen's Ambulance Agreement be amended <br /> <br />so as to require depreciation of equipment by <br /> <br />Allen's Ambulance to be done consistent with the <br />useful life tables developed by the Internal <br /> <br />Revenue Service. ~ <br />September 13, 1971 <br /> <br /> RE ID, <br /> <br />Helen C.
