CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-26A <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PUD-71-1 <br /> (MORRISON HOMES HERITAGE VALLEY) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, tentative development plans for Planned Unit Development <br /> application 71-1 have been submitted and considered and <br /> <br /> approved by both Planning Commission and City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final development plan, including design review for a <br /> portion thereof, has been reviewed and approved by the <br /> Planning Commission at its meeting January 25, 1972, by <br /> Resolution No. 1152; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said final development plan has been forwarded to the Cit' <br /> Council together with the recommendation of the Planning <br /> Commission for approval thereof and evidence both oral <br /> and documentary taken and considered with respect thereto;! <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as part of implementation of the development proposal <br /> contained in said final development plan, the applicant <br /> therefor will be required to abide by the terms of an <br /> agreement phasing over a period of years implementation of <br /> said development in order that municipal service burdens <br /> created thereby be made more predictable and thus more <br /> manageable; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that commitments made by applicant herein and <br /> to be embodied in the hereinabove referred to agreement <br /> regarding installation of public improvements and improve- <br /> ment of dedicated park land, open space, and bicycle and <br /> pedestrian walkways, constitute benefits to prospective <br /> <br />residents of said development and, <br />planned and designed development, <br />ton as a whole. <br /> <br /> as imaginatively <br /> <br />to the City of Pleasan- <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
