work to be performed within the limits of said City: <br />General Prevailing Rates of per diemwages shall be <br />those rates established for each craft, classifi- <br />cation or type of workman by any and all collective <br />bargaining agreements that are (a) recognized as <br />effective within said City by the Associated General <br />Contractors of California-East Bay and Central Coast <br />Districts and the Alamada County Building and Con- <br />struction Trades Council, and (b) approved by the <br />Construction Industry Stabilization Board Or the <br /> <br />Pay Board, as required. <br /> <br />Holiday, Overtime, and Sunday Rates of per diem wages <br />shall be those established for each craft, classifi- <br />cation or type of workman by those collective bargain- <br />ing agreements effective within said City. <br /> <br />Health and Welfare, Pension, Vacation, Apprenticeship <br />or other training programs and any other employer <br />payments shall be as established for each craft, <br />classification or type of workman under those collec- <br />tive bargaining agreements effective within said City. <br />Hours of Work per day or week shall be as established <br />for each craft, classifi'cation or type of workman <br />under those collective bargaining agreements effective <br />within said City. <br /> <br />Travel and Subsistence Pay: Pursuant to Section 1773.8 <br />of the Labor Code, the payment of travel and subsis- <br />tence ta each workman needed to execute the work, as <br />such travel and subsistence payments are defined in the <br />applicable collective bargaining agreements filed in <br />accordance with this said section, shall be paid each <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
