CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-18 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Commission has reviewed the application of <br /> the application' of the ~leasantonModel RoCket <br /> Club for coTsponsorship, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this request for co-sponsorship does not involve <br /> <br /> any direct use of City funds. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> The Park and Recreation, Commission does hereby <br /> recommend that the City Council approve this <br /> <br /> application with th~ following provisions: <br /> <br /> 1.' The site of their model rocket launching be <br /> controlled by application (permit) through <br /> the Park and Recreation office and the City <br /> Fire Marshal's office.- <br /> <br /> 2. The permit would not exceed ninety (90) days <br /> without review from the Parks and Recreation <br /> Department and City Fire Marshal. <br /> <br /> 3.
