1. TERM: The term of this Memorandum of Agreement shall <br />commence on July l, 19~3 and terminate on June 30, 1974. <br /> <br /> 2. BENEFITS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1973-74. During the term of <br />this Agreement fiscal year 1973-74 - and commencing on July 1, <br />1973, all fire personnel represented by Union shall be entitled to <br />the benefits set forth herein as follows: <br /> <br />A. Salary Increase: A 5% <br /> July 1, 1973. <br /> <br />B. Clothing Replacement: <br /> <br />salary increase effective <br /> <br />City shall reimburse an employee <br /> <br />for the replacement cost of any article of clothing <br />which an employee is required to wear during an emer- <br />gency situation. City's obligation shall only arise <br />when clothing damage occurs during and directly results <br />from an emergency situa61on. <br /> <br />Health Insurance: City sha~l pay. for those employees <br />now or hereafter covered by the Clty's .group health <br />coverage (Kaiser B Group or Blu~ Cross Standard Plan) <br />all of the employee's share and for those employees <br />now or, hereafter electing dependent health coverage. <br />City shall pay a maximum of $16.00 per month toward <br />said coverage. <br /> <br />Long Term Disability Insurance: City agrees to con- <br />tin~e.a. m~tually agreed upon Long Term Disability <br />Insurance Plan and further agrees to contribute to <br />the cost of said plan at a maximum rate of 95 cents per <br />$100 of monthly salary but in no event shall City's <br />obligation exceed a total payment of $14.25 per month <br />per employee. <br /> <br />Life Insurance: City agrees to continue the adminis- <br />tration of a life insurance plan with the total City <br />contribution per month per employee limited to a maximum <br />of $4.30. <br /> <br /> <br />
