SeCtion 2. <br /> <br />The holding tank shall he Of a type rec~Smmended <br />for such use by~ the Alameda County Health <br />Department and Director of Public WOrks for <br />the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Chemical toilets will be acceptable for a <br />maximum of five (5) employee~ on the site <br />pro~ided that such use is related to: a temporary <br />condition, including but Lnot l~mited to, con. <br />struction sites, public events Of limited <br />duration, or an emergency situation caused by <br />or related to the lack of an approved private <br />sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />The applicant shall abide by all laws, regula. <br />tions, and conditions which pertainto the <br />approved holding tank.
