This ~e~y shall certify <br />that the final EIR has been cempleted in cempllance <br />withCEQA and the State Guidelines and that it has <br />reviewed andcensidered the infermatien centained <br />in the EIR. <br /> <br />After making a decisien en the preJect, the Direc- <br />ter shall file a netice ef actien taken en the <br />preJect. This netice shall be referred te as a <br />Netice ef ~eterminatien. Such netice shall include <br />(1) the ~ecisien ef the City te appreve er dis- <br />appreve the preJect, (2) the determinatien ef the <br />City whether the preJect will er will net have a <br />significant effect en the envirenment, <br />whether an ~IR has beenprepare~ pursuant te the <br />preVisiens efCE~A. Said netice shall be filed <br />with the Clerk Sf Alameda Ceunty. <br /> <br />EIR C®mbined with Existing Planning and Review PreceSs. <br />Te the extent pessibIe., the Eirecter will cem~InetheEIR <br />precess with the existing planning, review, and preJect <br />appreval precess ~eingused ~y the City.
