Said appeal <br />shall be in writing and shall be filed with the City <br />Clerk net later than the tenth (l~th) day following the <br />date upon which sai~ notice ef determination was first <br />posted er mailed te the applicant er published ih the <br />official newspaper ef the City, whichever is later. <br /> <br />Sec. 5.5 <br /> <br /> The filing ef an appeal shall stay the ~Irecter's <br /> decision until a final decision is rendered within 3~ <br /> days after the filing ef the appeal with the Cit'y Clerk. <br /> The City Clerk shall ~ause notice ef the time, date and <br /> place efthe hearing te begiven net less than five (5) <br /> days prier thereto te the appellant and the applicant, <br /> if he is net the appellant, and te any ether'person who <br /> requests such notice in writing.
