Transportation <br />Page 46 <br />Action by Monitor: (1) Verify that requirements for interchange improvement funding are <br />included in the Development Agreement. The Development <br />Agreement should identify the party(ies) responsible for site <br />developer responsibilities throughout the life of the project (e.g., in <br />case the developer divests itself of all ownership interests prior to <br />buildout of the area) until the specified improvements are <br />completed. <br />(2) Conduct, review and approve monitoring reports. <br />(3) Undertake improvement planning/engineering. <br />(4) Complete additional CEQA review, as required. <br />(5) Assess site developer or successor for funding pursuant to <br />Development Agreement. <br />(6) Review and approve improvement plans. <br />(7) Verify receipt of Encroachment Permit from Cahrans. <br />(g) Undertake constmetion. <br />(9) Approve constmction when completed. <br />Monitoring Timing: (I) Prior to approval oCDevelopmen[ Agreement. <br />(2) Within one month after receipt of reports. <br />(3) When traffic volume reaches or is projected to reach specified level. <br />(4) When design of [he needed improvements has proceeded Car enough <br />to allow formulation of a complete project description and alterna- <br />tives. <br />(5) Prior to issuance of any certificate of occupancy and/or final <br />inspection after traffic volume reaches specified level <br />(6) Within one year of determination that [mffic volume has reached <br />the specified level. <br />(7) As soon as possible after of determination [hat traffic volume has <br />reached the specified level. <br />(g) Upon wmpletion of plane. <br />(9) Upon completion of construction. <br />Monitor: Completion Date: Signature: <br />
