PUD Condition 63(c) <br />requires that all buildings greater than 8,000 square fee[, including multi- <br />family and commercial structures, [o be equipped with automatic sprinkler <br />systems. <br />The Pire Department has advocated modification of the Pleasanton code <br />to apply to all residential and nonresidential structures larger than 200 <br />square feet. If this new standard or any change from the existing standard <br />is adopted prior to development of Phase II of the site, subsequent <br />development on Phase II should confomt to [he new requirement. <br />(Subsequent development on Phase I would be subject to the terms of the <br />Development AgrecmenL) <br />The August, 2000 Specific Plan states (Fire Protection Guideline 2.3) that <br />residences that cannot be served within a satisfactory response time from <br />the new fire station are required to be equipped with automatic sprinkler <br />systems. <br />AgencyQndivfdual <br />Responsible for <br />Monitoring: City of Pleasanton, Building Department <br />
