The trees shall be planted so that the resulting clusters are a <br />maximum of 50 feet in length with a miramum of 25 feet of separation between groups. <br /> <br />A temporary drip irrigation system shall be installed to assist in establishing trees <br />planted on the channel bank west of the subject property. The irrigation system shall <br />remain in place for a minimum of a 2-3 year period after which it shall be removed as <br />determined by the City's Landscape Architect. <br /> <br />The applicant shall obtain the appropriate Zone 7 permits prior to construction or <br />planting activities in the Zone 7 right-of-way. <br /> <br />If the applicant intends to use the Zone 7 mathtenance road east of the flood control <br />charmel (Line G-1-1) for recreation, then a modification of the existing Joint Use <br />Agreemere shall be prepared and adopted by the Pleasanton City Council and Zone 7 <br />Board of Directors. <br /> <br />Any wells existing on the subject properties shall be recorded at Zone 7. All unused or <br />"abandoned" wells must be properly destroyed, or a signed "statement of funfie use" <br />must be filed at Zone 7 if the well is intended for future use. Any planned new well, <br />soil boring or well destruction shall be permitted by Zone 7 before commencing. <br /> <br />Storage and maintenance of equipment for bridge construction shall be conducted at <br />upland locations that are not adjacent to the flood control channel. <br /> <br />The design of park improvements at the site (e.g. berm placement) shall be coordinated <br />with the Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) to complement their odor <br />mitigation measures established by DSRSD in the Stage IV Wastewater Trearmem Plant <br />Improvements project approved on August 17, 1999. <br /> <br />The applicant shall investigate the use of recycled water for landscape irrigation <br />purposes at the subject site and shall incorporate recycled water if deemed feasible by <br />the Director of Parks and Community Services and the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />No signage is approved as part of this application. Any signage shall be submitted to <br />the Planning Department for review and approval. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />A minimum of one family restroom shall be provided at each of the public bathroom <br />facilities on the site. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the design of the bathroom <br />shall be approved by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />All full-sized parking spaces shall be a minimum of 19' x 9' in size and compact parking <br />spaces shall be a minimum of 8'x 16' in size.
