The applicant shall notify the Dublin-San Ramon <br />Services District (DSRSD) upon installation of the sanitary cormecdon; a copy of this <br />notification shall be provided m the Planrang DepatUnent. This condition of approval <br />may be waived by the Planning Deparanent, if it is determined that the existing sanitary <br />sewer line is not located near the trash enclosure. <br /> <br />The trash enclosure area(s) shall be completely covered. <br /> <br />The applicant shall sweep or vacuum the parking lot a minimum of once a month and <br />shall prevent the accumulation of liner and debris on the site. Comers and hard to <br />reach areas shall be swept manually. If sidewalks and/or the parking lot are pressure <br />washed, debris must be trapped and collected m prevent entry into the storm drain <br />system. No cleaning agent may be discharged into the storm drain. If any cleaning <br />agent or alegreaser is used, wash water mast be collected and discharged to the sanitary <br />sewer, subject to the approval of the Dublin-San Ramon Services District (DSRSD). <br /> <br />The applicant shall label all on-site storm drain inlets with the wording, "No <br />Dumping--Drains to Bay" using City approved methods and materials. On-site storm <br />drain facilities shall be cleaned a minimum of twice a year as follows: immediataly <br />prior to October 15 and once in January. Additional cleaning may be required if found <br />necessary by the City Engineer/Director of Building Inspection. <br /> <br />The applicant shall include erosion control/storm water quality measures in the final <br />grading plan which shall specifically address measures to prevent soil, dirt, and debris <br />from entering the storm drain system. Such measures may include, but are not limited <br />to, hydroseeding, hay bales, sandbags, and siltation fences and are subject to the review <br />and approval of the City Engineer/Director of Building Inspection. If no grading plan <br />is required, necessary erosion control/storm water quality measures shall be shown on <br />the site plan submitted for an on-site permit, subject to the review and approval of the <br />Director of Building Inspection. The applicant is responsible for ensuring that the <br />contractor is aware of and implements such measures. <br /> <br />The applicant shall include water pollution and erosion control measures in the final <br />grading plan to prevent runoff and sedimentslion from entering the channel during <br />bridge construction. <br /> <br />68. <br /> <br />The applicant is responsible for implementing the following measures during all <br />construction phases of the subject project: <br />a.) Gather all construction debris on a regular basis and place them in a dumpster or <br /> other container which is emptied or removed on a weekly basis. When <br /> appropriate, use tarps on the ground to collect fallen debris or splatters that could <br /> contribute to storm water pollution. <br /> <br />Case No. PDR.-46 Page 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
