Resolution No. 94-145 <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />25. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />landscape and irrigation plans with respect to size, number, and species of plants and <br />overall design concept. <br /> <br />The developer shall adjust the sprinkler heads to direct irrigation water away from the <br />monument signs while ensuring complete irrigation coverage of the landscaping around <br />the sign. All landscaping around the sign shall be rgstorlxt after installation of the sign <br />and prior to final of the sign permit. <br /> <br />General Conditions <br /> <br />At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other aVention-getfing devices be utilized <br />on the site except as allowed by Sex:lion 18.96.060K of the Zoning Ordinance for grand <br />openings or by Section 18. 116.040 of the Zoning Ordinance if approvad by temporary <br />conditional use permit as pan of a decorating plan in conjunction with shopping center <br />promotional events. At no time shall spot lighting be used after 10:00 PM in conjunction <br />with such grand openings and/or promotional events. <br /> <br />All business must be carried on within a building. No outdoor merchandising or outdoor <br />display is permitted other than as permitted through a temporary conditional use permit <br />for a shopping center sale. <br /> <br />All shopping carts, when not in use, shall be stored inside the buildings. Permanent <br />parking tot shopping can "enrrals" shall be installed within 120 days of the opening of <br />the store to the general public. These corrals should be painted in a color <br />complementary to the building or its accent colors (blue or burgundy). <br /> <br />The developer shall maintain the area surrounding the stores in a clean and orderly <br />manner at all times. <br /> <br />All parIcing spaces shill be striped. Wheel stops shall be provided unless the spaces are <br />froriled by concrete curbs, in which case sufficient areas shall be provided beyond the <br />ends of all parking spaces to accommodate the overhang of automobiles. <br /> <br />The developer shall submit a final lighting plan for the building and the site for the <br />review and approval of the Planning Director p~or to issuance of building permits. <br />Lighting shall be directed away from adjacent residences. Said lighting plan shall show <br />the following: <br /> <br />a. All light poles shall be located in a protected, landscaped island and shall be <br />painted green to match the light poles installed by Wal-mart. <br /> <br /> <br />
