Resolution No. 94-I 13 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The City Manager is authorized and directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Auditor/Controller's office of the County of Alameda with a <br />letter that shall state that: <br /> <br />Tl~ City Council has ordea'~d that the delinquent installments be collected <br />by action brought in the Superior Court of Alameda County to foreclose <br />the Hens thereof; <br /> <br />Pursuant to Streets and Ilighways Code Section 8833, the Alameda <br />County Tax Collector is to be credited upon the assessment roll then in his <br />hanas with me mounts charged against him on account of the assessments <br />to be sued upon and is to be relieved of further duty in regard th~eto; and <br /> <br />All inquiries regarding payment of the delinquent assessment shall be <br />forwarded to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I I-IR, REBy CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DIJLY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY TFIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A IVIEe, lLr, fG B'~I D ON OCTOBER 4, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: Non~ <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Pico <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Seribner, and Mayor Tarver <br /> <br />Michael H.
