14. This use permit approval will lapse within 1 year from the <br />date of approval unless a building permit is issued and <br />construction has commenced and is diligently pursued toward <br />completion or an extension has been approved by the City. <br />15. All building and /or structural plans must comply with all <br />codes and ordinances in effect before the Building Department <br />will issue permits. <br />16. The applicant shall post address numerals on the espresso <br />stand so as to be plainly visible from all adjoining drive- <br />ways during both daylight and night time hours. <br />17. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton <br />Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br />18. The applicant shall obtain permission to use the restrooms <br />from an existing business located in the Pleasant Village <br />shopping center for its employees prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />19. The proposed building design shall be changed to substantial- <br />ly complement the design of the main building of the Pleasant <br />Village shopping center by a combination of sloped roofs, <br />brick /tile wall materials, and colors. Prior to issuance of <br />a building permit for the espresso stand, the applicant shall <br />submit the revised building design to the Planning Director <br />for review and approval. <br />p80159m.con <br />O mbn 7, 1990 <br />Page 3 <br />
