• The Amador Valley Community Park Walkway Lighting Project be funded sometime in the next <br />four years. Status: Funded FY 1997/98. <br />• Authorize the expenditure of up to S50,000 this year to start the overall planning for a <br />community pool. Status: The CIP anticipates Awning and design to begin in FY 1994/95. <br />• The Bath House Renovation Project proposed in FY 1993 /94 not be funded until the location of <br />a community pool is decided, but that it proceed if the current pool site is not selected in the <br />immediate future. Status: The bath house renovation/replacement is included in the convnunity <br />pool project. <br />• Valley Trails Park renovation be considered high priority with the possibility of doing it in <br />phases, beginning 1994/95, 1995 /96. Status: Funded FY 1994/95. <br />• The Central Irrigation project should be a high priority for 1994/95, but funding from other <br />sources should be investigated, such as the Water Fund. Status: Funded FY 1995/96. <br />• Moller Park Sidewalk Replacement to be funded in 1995 /96. Status: Funded as recommended. <br />• Fairlands Park should be a high priority for 1995- 96/1996 -97. Status: Funded FY 1995/96. <br />• Hansen Park should be a high priority project in 1994/95. Status: Unfunded. <br />• The Community Park in Hacienda would be the next high priority major project. The City <br />should work with the developer of the Hacienda Project to establish a financing plan for the <br />project, i.e., trade-off with park dedication fees, etc. for partial financing. Status: Funded as <br />discussed previously. <br />• Funding for a golf course should be considered for a City/private partnership; no park dedication <br />fees should be used. Status: Unfunded. <br />• Kottinger Park, Pbase II; Century House; Sports Park, Pbase VI (Part II); Val Vista Park and <br />Sutter Gate Park, Pbase 11, be funded in six years. Status: All currently unfunded. <br />• The annual expenditure for play equipment should be continued. Status: Funded $28,500 each <br />year. <br />• The portable stage be funded with the money which may be repaid from the Centennial <br />Committee. Status: Unfunded. <br />• A park replacement and renovation fund of S1 million should be reserved each year to <br />rehabilitate approximately 20 acres of park land a year. Status: A Park Renovation Fund was <br />established at midyear as part of the operating budget. Contributions to the fund will be <br />evaluated on an annual basis. <br />x <br />
