Resolution No. 94-77 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />The applicant shall provide 24 hours notice in advance of start of work, <br />and the work shall be subject to periodic inspections by the Building <br />Department to verify conformmace with submitted plans; <br /> <br />Upon the determination that permits axe required, the applicant will <br />comply with the direction of the Building Department and secure permits <br />before proceeding with work; and <br /> <br />During the grading between Stations 12 and 13, an engineering geelogist <br />shall be present to review tho cut slope to ensure that no unforeseen <br />stability problems are present.
