CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-77 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION UPHOLDING l'ttE APPEAL (AP-94-02) OF <br />THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND <br />UPHOLDING TH ~', DETERMINATION OF THE PLANNING <br />DIRECTOR THAT THE PRIVATE DRIVEWAY <br />IMPROVEMENTS, AS PROPOSED BY MANNIE JOEL AND <br />MARTHA GREIST, ARE CONSISll~iNT V~l'l'ki <br />EXIS'IING PUD ON 'l'n~', PROPERTY <br /> <br />the Planning Director reviewed private driveway improvements proposed by <br />Mannla Joel and Martha Ga:eist and determined that the improvements were <br />consistent with the PUD plan for the Moiler Ranch; and <br /> <br />at its meeting of April 27, 1994, the Planning Commission reviewed the appeal <br />of the City Council and David Glenn and determined that the proposed <br />improvements were a private property matter over which the City did not have <br />jurisdiction and that the improvements were consistent with the governing PUD <br />plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by die Pleasanton Municipal Code, the City Council and <br /> David Glean appealed that determination; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on luly 5, 1994, at which time <br /> all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TI-1E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />S~c~ion 1: <br /> <br />Upholds Case AP-94-02, upholds the determination that the proposed driveway <br />improvements are in conformanee with the PUD plan for the Moller Ranch and <br />approves the improvements subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />Before proceeding with work, the applicant (JoelJGreist) shall provide a <br />drawing to die Building Department indicating the scope of work to be <br />performed, for a determination whether any building or grading permits <br />are required. The drawing shall be prepared in sufficient detail for this <br />purpose, but need not be prepared by a licensed engineer unless otherwise <br />required by law; <br /> <br /> <br />
