Name of jurisdiction and size of population served. <br /> <br />2. The most common permits pulled. <br /> <br />3. The biggest land-use types including any recent changes in trends over the past few <br /> years. <br /> <br />ORGANIZATION <br /> <br />1. How is your jurisdiction organized to provide development services? <br /> State which divisions/departments issue permits. <br /> <br />How do you evaluate projects? Include a description of your process for issuing <br />permits over-the-counter, how your zoning administration operates and the nature <br />of a full planning commission review. Also, if you have different <br />processes/schedules for various project types (fast tack, normal, etc.), please <br />explain. <br /> <br />Does your jurisdiction have a one-stop permit center? ff so, describe the types of <br />projects that are processed through the center and the estimated length of time it <br />takes to complete the project review. If you have some specific centralized <br />operations such as fee collection, please explain. <br /> <br />4. How do your Building/Planning/Fire/PUblic Works Departments function <br /> together to provide consistent review and policy direction? <br /> <br />5. Do you designate one staff person to a project as a "point of contact" for the <br /> applicant through completion of the project? If so, please describe how this works. <br /> <br />6.
