Closed Session 16. Adjournment Format of Agenda The agenda for regular meetings shall include, at a minimum, the following sections: 1. Call to Order and Pledte to Flat The Mayor or Presiding Officer shall call the meeting m order at the designated date and time specified on the agenda. The Council shall assign, on a rotating basis, a member (excluding the Mayor) to lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Fullowin~ the Pledge, the assigned Councilmember may then make remarks (e.g., commendations, quotatiom, dedications), appropriate for opening the public meeting, not to exceed three minutes. 2.
