CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAM3EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNrIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-64 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISION TO CITY COUNCIL <br />RULES AND PROCEDURES <br /> <br />at its meetings of May 17, 1994 and Iunc 7, 1994, the City Council discussed the <br />n~.,essity of various changes to the Rules and Operating Procedures established <br />for the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a revised draft of the revisions to the Rules and Operating Procedures was <br /> reviewed at the meeting of lune 7, 1994; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Adopts tho revisions to the Rules and Operating Procedures for the City Council, <br />a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated heroin by this reference. <br /> <br />Section2: Thisresolutionshallbecomeeffectiveimmediatelyuponitspassageandadoption. <br /> <br /> I FiEBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOKEGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A IMEF, TING HELD ON JUNE 7, 1994 BY THE FOLLOXVING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
